Statistics & Reporting Team Leader

The role will entail effective project management, analysis of performance, measuring success through data and translating this to the wider business. This person will be responsible for supporting business decisions in both product mix and distribution.

My client is a successful local business who operate on both a domestic and international basis, with several major clients across Europe.

Description

The duties of the role will include, but not be limited to;

• Effective management of day to day team responsibilities
• Ensuring sales & wastage KPIs are in-line with budget on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
• Commercial Reporting & Analysis including financial reporting and wastage analysis
• Effective Management of product placement and distribution (nationwide)
• Provide reporting for key customers within the business
• Support key relationships with supply chain to ensure ongoing order fulfilment meets expectations
• Good understanding of all ordering processes within the team and able to communicate this to the wider business.

Profile

The successful candidate will have the following skills & experience;

• Previous background in leadership role (minimum 2 years)
• Good with numbers & commercial understanding within business setting
• Ability to make decisions with quick thinking and autonomy
• Computer literate, particularly in MS EXCEL
• Highly numerate
• Fantastic commercial acumen
• Excellent organisational skills
• A self-starter
• Able to work independently/ part of a team
• Relishes working in a fast-paced environment in a hands-on capacity
• Enjoys frequent challenges, change and working in multiple locations
• Has a natural can-do attitude and attention to detail
• Shows initiative
• Has ability to learn to use new software quickly
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Job Offer

In return, our client can offer a salary of between £25,000 & £30,000, depending on your level of qualification & experience.
