Transfer Processing Analyst

Our client is a fast expanding and award winning boutique fund platform for institutional clients and an opportunity exists for an experienced Stock Transfer processing specialist.

This exciting and varied Operations role requires current experience processing stock transfers and re-registrations ideally via Swift (TeX).

Candidates will have a funds based operational background coming from a Transfer Agent, Fund Manager or a Fund Platform administration team possessing first class client servicing skills. In this role, you will instruct and process Stock Transfers, provide support on migration projects, initiate process improvements and efficiencies, and resolve client queries relating to Stock Transfers and re-registrations.

Client Servicing skills are required to provide cover to the Client Services team making this role extremely varied and appealing.

This role will appeal to those looking to work in a small collaborative and consultative business, new ideas are encouraged and recognised. It is essential that candidates will come from a solid Stock Transfer processing background to be considered.
