My client is one of the leading investment banking is looking to hire Private Equity Senior Manager to join their team.

Job Title: Private Equity Senior Manager

Reporting to: CEO

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

JOB PURPOSE

The job holder specializes in mergers and acquisitions, equities and debt capital management. Required to support the origination, development, and implementation of commercially oriented private equity investment opportunities.. Incumbent should demonstrate closing of successful private equity transactions by raising funds from banks, high net worth individuals and private firms.

Responsibilities:

Source and lead direct investments, primary partnership investments and secondary transactions.

Strong understanding of and experienced in building financial models for valuations and financial returns analysis.

Ability to review and articulate investments with clients as well as review investment opportunities with prospective clients.

Client relationship management and acting as principle point of contact.

Regularly shares knowledge on new international best market practice and global and regional trends in targeted sectors.

Proactively applies relevant international best market practices to own work

Review the business P&L accounts to ensure fund revenue / cost is reported correctly.

Requirments

Master's in Business Administration (MBA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)

Minimum 4 years of private equity experience investment banking, private equity, or management consulting. Direct investing experience with a private equity fund, fund of funds, institutional investor, sovereign wealth fund, or similar entity, with a focus on equity and quasi equity investments preferred.

Successful completion of at least one local / international DCM transaction.

Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accountancy discipline
