My client a leading IFA company based in North Leeds seeks 2 Junior Administrators to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a close knit, friendly company.
This role has progression and development for the right candidate who is willing to undertake further exams.
Duties will include:
*Processing new business documentation in accordance with the agreed service and quality standards
*Producing all relevant paperwork for the client on behalf of the Adviser including quotations, illustrations, valuations and client reports
*Confidently handle complex queries from clients, Advisers and colleagues, taking the appropriate action to ensure the query is dealt with in a timely and effective manor
*Liaising with providers to obtain information relating to client policies
*To deliver a high level of support and excellent client service in accordance with FSA guidelines, internal policy and procedure and company service standards
*Ensuring all information on the client database is up to date
Essential requirements
*Must have own transport
*Educated to Degree level (will consider A levels if you already have relevant work experience)
*A high level of literacy and numeracy skills
*Computer literacy skills
*Good attention to detail
*Self-motivated
*Outgoing and comfortable talking to customers
*A team player
