Our Client, a reputable Global Bank is looking to add a Business Analyst into their team. This is an initial 12 months contract with chances of extension or conversion.

Key Responsibilities
Overview of the department / team (team size, backgrounds, personalities …):
o Business Management
o New Reg Transformation
o Tax Reporting Transformation
o Reconciliation Transformation
o Control Remediation
Essentials Skills and Qualifications:
1. Good product knowledge, focusing on OTC derivatives and listed derivatives
2. Good understanding Derivatives Reg Reform initiatives
3. 5-7 years of change experience (full project life cycle experience covering IT / business / process change)
4. Strong analytical skill and control mindset
5. Good inter-personal skills and both verbal/written communications
6. Self-driven, adaptable and independent
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
1. Product knowledge of listed derivatives and securities
2. Regulatory reporting Production experience

Overview of business area or project:
- Business engineering function for Reporting Services Group
- Key focus on regulatory transaction reporting initiatives which comprise of regulatory/mandatory change and control remediation initiative
Key Responsibilities
- Business analysis - documentation of business requirement, F2B control model, data mapping and traceability matrix etc
- Partner with IT to design the solution, testing and implementation
- Support BAU function to complete all business readiness activities and transition to BAU
- Support adhoc analysis on strategic initiative discussions

- Business management / transformation team comprises of 5 key sub-groups:
o Business Management
o New Reg Transformation
o Tax Reporting Transformation
o Reconciliation Transformation
o Control Remediation
- The role is to under the New Reg Transformation sub-group
