Our client is a major investment bank. They have an exceptional roster of listed and private clients, and have worked, in the last few years, on a number of high profile buy and sell side mandates.
The team is very busy at the moment, with a significant pipeline of work, and they are now looking to add a 3rd year analyst to their M&A team.
The position will work on the European M&A advisory group. You will have involvement in deal origination, marketing, financial modelling, valuations, analysis, preparation of buy and sell side documents, negotiation of the deal, execution, through to completion. You can expect to have significant client interaction.
They are interested in meeting people who will have a background as follows:
- ACAs with the corporate finance or transaction services teams of the major accounting firms
- investment bankers from other firms - you may well want to move to a blue chip firm where you will gain significantly more involvement in deals
- happy to work at the 3rd year analyst level
