Junior Financial Accountant - $60k - $70k + Super

Accounts Payable & Pay Role

Provide Accounts Payable & Receivable transaction support in a timely and accurate manner, including:
  • Daily invoice approval and payment using online payments system.
  • Manage external stakeholder relationships, including vendors and bank.
  • Coding of invoices to the correct account and cost centre.
  • Manage payment terms with suppliers in accordance to company policy.
  • Reconcile and resolve payment discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Maintenance and reconciliation of vendor accounts.
  • Process withdrawn loans and refunds where required (including ad hoc payments).
  • Clearing account reconciliations.
  • Daily bank account reconciliations.
  • Management of the accounts payable inbox, and respond to all queries within a timely manner.
  • Receive and respond to vendor queries in a timely manner.
