Seeking Business Analyst, to help drive the Department forward by mapping out Departmental needs

Your new role

As a Business Analyst you will be required to meet the needs of the Department, Business areas and clients through the development and maintenance of innovative, robust and sustainable corporate systems. The successful candidate will work as part of a team and be responsible for conducting a full range of business analyst activities and delivering Business Analyst artefacts.


What you'll need to succeed

Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success and some key skills involves:

• SDLC experience, Agile highly desirable
• Broad knowledge of process analysis tools and techniques
• Demonstrated experience working with a range of Stakeholders with varying levels of technical proficiency
• Experience in use of online tools to manage development artefacts (preferable Microsoft range)
• Leads the selection of appropriate business analysis methods, tools, techniques; selecting appropriately from plan-driven/predictive approaches
• Leads the selection of appropriate business analysis methods, tools, techniques; selecting appropriately from plan-driven/predictive approaches or more adaptive (iterative and agile) approaches.
• Demonstrates ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders in understanding their business needs and the ability to engage them in co-design of an improved future state.
