Our client is national market leader providing IT hardware and Audio-Visual rental solutions and technical support to a wide range of clients. Supported by an excellent reputation for quality product, delivery and customer service, majority of their business comes from repeat customers. Due to recent and ongoing growth, they are now looking to welcome an experienced, enthusiastic and savvy IT/AV Technician to their Perth branch.
Role
Reporting to the National Technical Manager in Sydney, this is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded, proactive and adaptable candidate to become the 'go to' for all Perth based clients.
Duties include the following but not limited to:
Installation of a wide-range of technology products eg. AV, Monitors, Projectors, Desktops, Servers, Workstations etc
Providing excellent customer service and technical support
Ensuring the technology is set-up accordingly and on time to exceed customer expectations
Follow workplace health and safety regulations
Warehousing & Logistics management including sourcing stock and monitoring/ maintaining adequate consumable levels
Ad-hoc duties
Candidate
To be considered for this role, you must have the following:
Cert III in Information, Digital Media and Technology or greater.
Exceptional Customer Service skills.
A strong desire to learn on the job.
Wide ranging technology skills.
Exceptional planning and organisational skills.
Strong attention to detail.
The physical ability to deliver and install heavy equipment.
The ability to maintain a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
A capability for warehousing, with strong manual handling techniques. A Certificate III in Warehouse operations or similar would be well regarded but not essential.
