Description

  • Using both internal and external research to develop a thorough understanding of the audit area/process under reviewing and planning the audit to determine objectives and scope of work to be performed
  • Completing fieldwork efficiently to perform high-quality of work within deadlines
  • Documenting the audit testing to ensure audit objectives are achieved, and compile, consolidate and prioritise the results of audit testing
  • Supporting Audit Managers in order to create clear and precise audit findings for audit reports, including issues and suggested actions to address any control deficiencies identified
  • Leading on the delivery of monthly management action reporting process to ensure updates are received, analysed and reported accurately and senior staff members are appropriately informed
  • Using internal and external research and meetings with key stakeholders support the development of the risk based Internal Audit plan

    • Profile

    • Experience in an operational or financial environment
    • Ensure all systems and processes are operating efficiently and within relevant regulations
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse a variety of complex data, and evaluate control effectiveness
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Effective writing, presentation and listening skills
    • Able to work well independently and with a team
