Your new role
As a Service Desk Analyst for this company, you will be interacting with users and be responsible for providing them support by handling incidents and requests; acting as the 'front-face' of the Information Management Department.

Whilst providing the highest level of user service, the business impact and urgency of the user's issues are critical factors for ensuring correct priority and management of all requests. This role is for a good team player and will need to work effectively across all IM Operations.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will need;

  • 2 years experience in a similar service desk role
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Diploma in IT/Information Management related discipline
  • ITIL Foundations (at least)
  • Technical knowledge and experience with Active Directory, Microsoft suite, Windows
