This role could be located either in Caribbean Banking or Canada where the successful candidate resides What is the opportunity? The Senior Manager, Role Design, Sales Strategy & Execution, High Net Worth Business is responsible for the strategic design of all High Net Worth Business roles (Corporate, Business & Specialized Sales Force) ensuring alignment with Caribbean Banking Strategic direction and including supporting and contributing to the creation and sustainment of the Performance Enablement process. What will you do? Support the Director, Role Design, Sales Strategy & Execution and Recognition Programs in the ongoing evolution of the Operating Model design and other strategic initiatives. Create the High Net Worth Businesses role strategy, ensuring alignment to Caribbean Banking corporate strategy and monitoring effectively. Develop and support the review of roles, defining strategic intent, accountabilities, activities and proficiencies for all roles and monitoring effectively. Recommend and support the establishment of performance enablement process and productivity measures for all roles. Ensure incentive programs are actively managed, monitored, and assessed for effectiveness and operational soundness. Review, adjust, and ensure the sales processes and practice management activities are effective in providing roles with the tools to provide an outstanding, needs based, client experience. Recommend scorecard requirements/benchmarks for all roles in collaboration with partners. Define sales planning benchmarks for supported sales force roles and planning forecast /budgeting. Lead regular assessments and implementation of portfolio allocation; recommending number of roles and type of roles. . Design, execute and monitor appropriate test and learns/pilots with clear objectives and performance indicators developed prior to launch. Partner on the creation of communications materials developed by Communication Delivery Gateway partners to ensure alignment to sales processes, and sales experience models. Ensures clarity, alignment, motivation and relevance. Ensure DOA, DLA requirements are in place for all roles and reviewed on a regular basis What do you need to succeed? Must-have 5 years of progressive experience in Corporate, Business Banking Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales and/or sales leadership role Sound knowledge of all Banking Operations, Sales Routines and Products/Services University Degree or equivalent education Broad and/or deep understanding of the various Lines of Business' to support role design/development and compensation frameworks What's in it for you?
