About the role

Work on incredibly interesting insolvency and advisory projects, including formal insolvency appointments, debt restructuring and cash management projects. This role will gear up to managing a small team of insolvency administrators, in the handling, progression and closure of liquidations and administrations, whilst assisting directors and partners with presentations, and ensuring compliance with client take-on procedures on various liquidation and restructuring cases.

About you

You'll ideally be a chartered accountant (CA, CPA, ACA or ACCA) or JIEB / ARITA / CPI qualified insolvency senior, assistant manager or manager at a reputable firm with extensive experience working on insolvency and restructuring. Exposure to complex litigation and running cross border insolvency cases is beneficial. This position would suit a motivated, self-starter (preferably within a big 4, top 10 or boutique firm) with proven client relationship management.

The ability to relocate to the Cayman Islands is essential. If you have a partner but aren't married, we can assist in providing them a role, particularly if they are a qualified professional. If you are married, then your spouse will be able to be included on your permit.

NB: Flights, hire car, mobile and temporary accommodation will be provided to assist you in setting up on-island. Pension and medical coverage benefits are also offered as prescribed by law.
