An exciting business, with impressive growth plans, are recruiting an Assistant Accountant to join their team.
Description
As an Assistant Accountant, you will report into the Finance Manager, responsible for assisting with the monthly management accounts production and accompanying analysis.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts; weekly and monthly financial reports; stock reconciliations; cash flow management and forecasting; preparation of VAT returns.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Be studying towards ACCA/CIMA - or have equivalent experience - Essential
- Have varied finance knowledge - Essential
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
