- Be the main point of contact for day to day administration of a complex portfolio of clients and demonstrate effective communication by telephone and through clear and concise e-mails and letters.
- Maintain accurate statutory databases and registers ensuring at all times records are up-to-date and correct.
- Help facilitate accurate time keeping, billing and settlement of debt within the team.
- Ensure periodic reviews for your portfolio are completed within the necessary timeframe as prescribed by the business.
- Ensure invoicing is completed in a timely manner and take responsibility for timely settlement of fees.
- Proactively raise issues with senior management and encourage a solution driven environment.
- Ensure regulatory filings are made and responses to auditors and related queries are dealt with expeditiously;
Skills
- Qualified or studying towards a professional qualification such as ICSA or ACCA.
- A minimum of 3 years trust or funds experience in a professional environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of local regulatory environment.
