Finance Director/CFO (Boutique Private Equity)

It's an exciting time to join the business as they are planning to launch two new funds within the next 12 months, following the successful deployment of their first three funds.

You will manage individuals across three locations in Europe and report directly to the CEO. The main focus of the role will be to look after finance for the funds and investments as well as ownership of budgeting, managing the audit process, reviewing legal documentation and providing wider administrative support.

You will be considered part of the senior management team and be expected to provide strategic direction to the firm as they continue to grow. Whilst the function is established, you will bring a fresh set of eyes and help progress the function to develop the overall scalability of the structure.

They are open to a current FD/CFO stepping into the role to hit the ground running but likewise happy to consider an exceptional No2 ready to make the step-up. You will have worked in private equity, debt, or other closed-ended fund structures.
