Our client is a multinational IT/technology company whose products and services are available worldwide. With a large global reach and clear growth plans, our client is looking to strengthen their Finance Team by bringing a Financial Accountant into their London office.
Description
The Role
As a Financial Accountant your key responsibilities will include:
Manage 2 direct reports and deliver preparation of the Financial Statements, Quarterly Accounts and deliver Ad Hoc Reporting where required
Help with the development and implementation of Financial Process & Control Improvements
Maintain current knowledge of IFRS and other statutory reporting requirements
Assist delivery of transition to new IFRS accounting standards
Liaise and assist with internal and external audit
Profile
What's Needed
Qualified ACA
Highly developed interpersonal skills - ongoing development of effective working relationships to help drive team performance
Previous Technology Sector Exposure
Background in Consolidation & Group reporting
Excellent knowledge of IFRS standards and (multi-currency consolidation also desirable)
Proven ability to perform under pressure and work to tight deadlines.
