Executive - Treasury Operations, Client Operations (6 months contract)

Requirements:
- Responsible for timely and accurate valuation statements for customers
- Responsible for verification of settlement details with customers
- Ensure timely and accurate brokerage fees reconciliation and payment
- Attend to internal and external customers' queries
- Ensure compliance to Department and Bank's operational risk and regulatory requirements.
- Drive process improvement and system automation.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Good knowledge in treasury products or processing
- Good written and oral communication skills and able to interact with customers and people at various levels
- A strong team player
- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite, including proficiency in Excel
- Meticulous and accurate in work
- Ability to focus on high quality work while under pressure
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in treasury processing preferred
- May be required to work on weekends / Singapore public holidays
