VP - Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager - Regulatory Change/Compliance/AML/Client On-Boarding

Examples of different projects the Business Analyst/Project Manager will be involved in include the implementation of the Target Operating Model, Business Process Reviews and Re-engineering and Technology Implementation working closely with the stakeholders across the Asia Pacific region. You will work in a central projects team with other Business Analysts and Project Managers and work across the Client On-Boarding business.

From a Project Management perspective you will need full lifecycle experience from scoping to execution, strong stakeholder management skills with ability to find consensus. Someone with strong co-ordination skills able to take people through the project journey from onboarding to delivery.

From a Business Analyst perspective you must be a strong communicator with a highly analytical mindset capable of digging into the business and truly understanding the needs and requirements of the stakeholders. Someone who is confident to push back and challenge the business on unrealistic or low priority requirements and focus on the highest priority requirements. You will work in a fast paced Agile environment in close partnership with the business - you'll also work with several different departments within the bank in Asia and also in global teams.

Key requirements:

• Strong Business Analysis/Project Management skills
• Experience on Business Change and Transformation projects
• Investment Banking background
• Understanding of Regulatory Change
