Job role

The Office Manager role will be to organize, control and coordinate administration duties and office procedures. The Office Manager will be required to establish office systems and databases so that the business can expand its client base and operate efficiently.

Responsibilities and duties will include but are not limited to;

  • Ensure the office is running in an efficient and productive manner; development of office processes and procedures;
  • Purchasing essential equipment and supplies as required
  • Management of firm database and the setup of new systems;
  • Managing records and accounts of the office
  • Processing payroll
  • Monitor and review accounting in conjunction with accountant
  • Recommend, develop and maintain filing systems and office service standards;
  • Database management, report preparation and presentation, records management, quality assurance and audit processes;
