Relationship Manager Priority Banking

One of the leading banks in the UAE are looking to hire a Relationship Manager for Priority Banking Department.

Reports to: Head of Priority Banking
Location: Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

Build, grow and manage the segment portfolio. Responsible to enhance sales and promote cross selling of bank products to existing and potential priority customers.

Understand customer needs,, identify financial and non-financial requirements by conducting financial need analysis (Client Profiling)

Responsible to conduct customer portfolio reviews and financial checks for each client as per agreed time lines

Achieve revenue goals, sales and portfolio growth targets across a range of products and services (Investments, Term Deposits, CASA balances, Mortgages, Credit Cards, Bancassurance, etc.

Ensure delivery of customer promise and practice brand.

Qualification:

Knowledge of local banking practice & UAE market

Superior Relationship Management track record and ability to serve High Net worth customers

Sales & Relationship Management Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
