SOX Specialist Accountant

A large multinational specialising in the manufacturing sector and looking for a technically minded accountant to join their team as a SOX Specialist Accountant. Due to an internal promotion, my client are seeking a technical accountant to join their compliance team on a permanent basis.

Client Details

My client are a multinational, household brand specialising in the manufacturing sector with a large finance function situated near Bracknell. With a team of four within the risk and compliance department, you will become a key member of the team that controls all aspects of reporting to SOX standards.

Description

This role sits in the corporate audit department, the purpose of the role is to improve the overall business by providing objective assurance of SOX controls. Deliver the report or insourcing of SOX activities (ELC) and (PLC) ensuring continuous compliance.

Profile

You will be a technical accountant that has had prior experience with SOX, however, this is not essential. You will be qualified (ACA,ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).

If you have a practice background and have audited inline with SOX, this would be advantageous.
