We are working with a successful real estate investment firm. The firm creates highly structured real estate investments that maximise returns against downside risk. To date, the investment track record of the team has been superb, delivering high IRRs. The fund is looking for an Investment Analyst to join its special situations team in the London office. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside some of the most experienced and well-respected professionals in the market.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will focus on all aspects of the investment process including origination, due diligence, financial modelling, underwriting, portfolio management and exits
YOUR PROFILE:
- Analyst level experience in investment banking, real estate credit, special situations or private equity
- Highly numerate with strong financial technical skills
- Have the right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship
