Bridging Loan Officer

To perform issuance of Redemption Statements in accordance to set SLA/TAT
To cancellation of Facilities in accordance to set SLA/TAT
To attend to requests such as consents to external parties, execution Discharge of Charge documents and release of original security documents in accordance to set SLA/TAT
To update Redemption sum Register for all redemption sums received.
To ensure all particulars are correctly stated in the Financial Template for posting into the Sundry Creditors GL & upon clearance of cheques, transactions are reversed & credited into the correct accounts & Fee Income GL accordingly.
To monitor the Collection Account 2 (both Conventional & Islamic) daily to adhere to Collection Account Policy & Procedures.
To perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

Familiar with Microsoft Software applications especially in Words, Excel
Staff who is interested to apply for the above position is requested to complete the Internal Job Application Form and submit the application form under confidential cover to HRD Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, MIS or related area preferred;
Has at least 2 years experience (preferable experience with Banking industry)
Pleasant disposition with good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels
Ability to work under pressure
Able to work independently with minimal supervision and must be a team worker with the ability to demonstrate good teamwork amongst staff
Self-motivated, dedicated, commitment and result oriented, to complete all tasks assigned within SLA with zero defect.
Willing to work longer hours, when required
Possess a positive attitude, initiative and good sense of responsibility.
Able to take any tasks assigned by Dept Head from time to time.
