A permanent Finance Analyst role is being recruited for a business based in Chester.

Description

This Finance Analyst role will report directly into a successful Financial Controller, but will also work closely with other site directors, and will cover the following areas:

• Preparing monthly management accounts including P&L and balance sheet reconciliations
• Preparing weekly and monthly operational reports both finance and non-financial
• Producing monthly KPI reports
• Preparing annual budgets and monthly forecasting
• Variance analysis, looking at actuals vs budget
• Developing cash flow models
• Working capital reports including variance and trend analysis
• Control of operating expenditure and cost control

Profile

This is a great opportunity for a candidate that prefers a hands on and results-focused role. We are also looking for:

• Strong management accounts experience and able to produce a full set of management accounts
• Excellent Excel skills
• IT literate with strong systems knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Methodical and high attention to detail
