For our Client, the global manufacturing company, we are looking for experienced, motivated and ambitious Candidate for the position of CFO/Board Member.
The job of the CFO/Board Member will include activities that are value creation focused and forward looking. Responsibilities include analysing data to provide insight into evaluating targets, products and customers. Additionally, this role will focus on market shares and growth, cost efficiency and quality, earnings, cash and overall business performance management. By relying on the Accounting&Finance Team (more than 20 employees), the role is meant to produce accurate and timely financial and management reports. This position provides analysis and insight into the direction of the business and proactively challenges the status quo. The person on this position will be responsible for continuous development of internal control policies and practices as well as standardised integrated information systems for financial control, financial planning and administrative procedures and processes in accordance with the company policies. This includes championing all of governance and control initiatives driven by corporate centre and region for the whole unit. This role is a key member of the business leadership team and will to the local Managing Director.
To be successful in this role you will have to have at least 5 years' experience at similar senior finance position in multinational company from FMCG or Pharma sector (one of the crucial requirements), Master Degree in Finance or related and fluent English (C1 level as a minimum). Previous line management experience essential. It is necessary for you to present proven leadership and demonstrated ability to develop long term strategic plans and ability to integrate and interpret disparate sources of data using broad range of analytical data tools. If you are able to understand the business (products, customers, processes) and their key drivers of success (how they make money, what the business costs are), this position is for you! We need the Candidate to relate to others with candor, openness and transparency. High levels of integrity and trust is a must. All the professional qualifications (MBA, ACCA, CIMA) will be highly appreciated.
