Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with BAU processing teams and pro-actively identify:
    • Possible process improvement / automation / digitization opportunities;
    • Potential hotspots in existing BAU process and come up with solutions to close any process gaps.
  • Translate the improvement ideas into end-to-end process maps which are used as the base to prepare detailed user requirements/specifications relating to system enhancements
  • Perform detailed communication of user requirements to Tech colleagues on system development, as the User Project Manager of the system enhancements
  • Build comprehensive test scripts and perform system testing meticulously. Log UAT defects for IT to investigate with conscientious follow through with IT, to ensure all fixes are delivered and tested before rolling out the new changes.
  • Perform detailed briefings with BAU team to inform on key changes regarding the rollout and the impact to BAU processing or related exception handling, if any
  • Carry out good coordination with IT and BAU processing team to ensure smooth and successful system changes rollout.
  • Ensure proper handover with documentation on the enhancements, process changes, system behaviour etc


Qualifications
Requirements:

• Possesses a Degree
• Knowledge on banking products or at least 2 year working experience in banking industry
• Proficient in Ms Office Application, especially Excel
• Good communication skills & strong analytical skills
• Able to be a team player as well as working independently within tight deadlines
• Meticulous, highly motivated, focused, results-oriented, strong drive for excellence
