RESPONSIBILITIES
- Financial accounting and regulatory reporting, including monthly group financial statement, monthly SFC returns, annual audit assignment, annual tax filing, etc.
- Monthly management accounting and annual budgeting, including detailed financial analysis of income and costs, achievement of preset target and company return
- Tax planning and provide solution to any tax issues
- Maintenance of banking relationship
- Participation in the corporate governance procedure of the company (various committee meetings) and execution of required responsibility
- Management of company's projects when required
REQUIREMENTS
- College / University graduate or above
- Certified accountant qualification
- More than 10 years of working experience in securities/finance industry, with 5 years in managerial level
- Proven team management experience
- Fluent in Mandarin (Chinese writing) and English
