Job Summary: Our continuing rapid growth has created openings for Revenue Assurance Analysts at our Cazoumar Free Zone location.  This position is responsible for ensuring all new customers are successfully enrolled with gas and electricity utilities, remain enrolled with such utilities, are billed timely by our billing providers/local utilities and that all billings are cash settled.  Extensive interaction with counterparties in Canada and the US are an integral part of this role. Core Responsibilities: Process daily transactions relating to new and existing customers Follow up with the utilities as required on outstanding or problematic transactions Investigate and resolve rejected/dropped customer transactions received from the utilities, electricity & gas Maintain knowledge base of all system processes, marketing programs, contract terms and regulatory rules Prepare and maintain reports for management Undertake special projects / assignments as needed Document new processes and update changes in existing procedures as required Required Qualifications & Skills: 5+ years of progressively responsible business work experience University degree in business, finance, accounting, math, engineering science or similar quantitative program (there will be a basic aptitude test to complete) Knowledge of basic bookkeeping (there will be a basic debits and credits test to complete) Accounting designation would be an asset Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm (there will be a typing test so please test your typing speed on typingtest.com) Proficient in Microsoft Office with Advance excel skills (pivot tables, financial functions, charting, complex nested formula structures) English language proficiency with a clear accent Strong analytical, decision making and organizational skills Detail-oriented and possess a great work ethic Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills to support and work with internal and external customers and departments To Apply: Email (1) your cover letter, (2) resume and (3) transcript of your courses (if readily available) showing grades.
