Client Details
Extremely fast growing and private equity backed registered housing provider who have extremely ambitious but achievable development plans. Having grown from a team of 5 to 50 employees in 12 months, they are looking to bring someone into their finance team as a finance manager.
Description
- Statutory accounting for fixed assets
- Management Accounting, budgeting, forecasting
- Complex financial modelling from scratch in Excel
- Preparation and presentation of reports and analysis to senior stakeholders
Profile
You will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA OR ACCA) who has qualified in accountancy practice or in industry and has a track record of outstanding achievement throughout your academic a professional career to date. Experience within property, construction or wider infrastructure would be highly beneficial.
