My client is an European Bank with an established presence across the APAC region. They are looking for a Regulatory Compliance officer to be part of their robust compliance team in Singapore.

- Assist the Head of Regulatory Compliance to interpret and advise on the local regulatory changes
- Play a key part in liaising with the local regulatory bodies in Singapore
- Review and update the bank's policies and procedures in adherence with the local regulatory developments
- Provide the regulatory advice to internal stakeholders
- Assist in any ad-hoc regulatory compliance projects
- Assist in the reporting to Head office on local regulatory matters
Requirements
- Degree holder
- Minimum 7 years of regulatory compliance experience, preferably in banking industry
- Knowledge of Banking Act, SFA & FAA
- Knowledge of corporate and institutional banking will be ideal
- Prior experience in policy writing and liaising with regulators will be ideal
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office applications
