GROUP FINANCE MANAGER

My client is a listed company on Main Board in Hong Kong. To cope with their growth, they are now in search of a high calibre professional to join them.

We are now seeking a GROUP FINANCE MANAGER

RESPONSIBLITIES

• Handle and oversee consolidation accounting of group companies
• Liaise with HKEX for replying queries, generating financial statement, interim/annual reports for result announcement
• Communicate with both internal and external parties for supporting annual audit
• Liaise with bankers and financial adviser for all financial activities
• Assess and implement compliance and risk management to group and ensure they are fully compliance with listed rules and overseas regulations
• Any other ad hoc projects as required

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance with relevant professional accounting qualification
• At least 8-10 years' experience, preferably with concrete experience in HK listed company plus big 4's experience
• In possession of strong analytical, project management and organizational skills
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
• Willing to travel occasionally
