Stanley Black and Decker have an opportunity for an experienced and dynamic professional to join the team a SAP Master Data Coordinator based in our Box Hill head office and reporting to the Commercial Finance Manager.

About the Role…

This position has responsibility for establishing and coordinating pricing across various hierarchies along with customer master and rebate agreements within the ANZ region. The successful candidate will work closely with departments responsible for authorizing SAP Master Data. This position is expected to ensure the highest standards of compliance to all company policy and procedures while driving standardization and improvement throughout ANZ.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Provide efficient pricing data to internal and external clients
  • Optimize SAP use through the implementation of system enhancements and best practice application
  • Ownership of compliance activities and internal controls
  • Manage the design and configuration of solutions in the SAP system to meet business objectives
  • Leading and managing initiatives and projects in the areas of data migration, master data management, data clean up data governance and quality
  • Consistently deliver accurate price lists in a timely manner
  • Follow SOX audit and DOA policies

About you…

An individual with a strong work ethic, customer focus and well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and take a proactive approach. Have a controllership mindset and can partner with the business to drive compliance and results.

Furthermore, you will have:

  • Extensive knowledge in SAP
  • Proven track record of driving change and process improvements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to discuss matters effectively with non-financial associates at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage several tasks concurrently.
  • Demonstrates a high level of thoroughness and attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self motivated and driven to achieve results
