You will be working in a fast paced, target focused, and supportive team and your duties and responsibilities will be:
* Formatting of data in MS Excel
* Importing data into MS Access databases
* Submitting a final transaction cost summary at month end
* Production of the weekly missing refunds forecast
* Reconciling sales/refunds against cash received in bank
* Investigating historic deferred income balances
* Posting of journals into Sage
Qualifications Required:
GCSE Maths & English – minimum C
Technical Skills Required:
A good understanding of Microsoft Applications
Soft Skills Required:
* Good communication skills
* Time management
* Enthusiasm to learn
Future Job Prospects:
The Level 3 Accountancy Apprenticeship offers a springboard into a bright career in Finance and you could go on to complete your Level 4 Professional Accounting Technician Apprenticeship and then onto a degree in Accountancy where you could become a Chartered Accountant. As well as ensuring full competency, this standard provides the foundation for progression into a number of career paths in the Accounting sector including Audit Trainee, Corporate Recovery Analyst, Credit Controller or Tax Accountant
