Finance Manager responsible for UK business ensuring Statutory and Group reporting requirements are met.

Managing a team of 7 responsible for AP, AR and GL.

Description

The Finance Manager is based in Slough and responsible for :

Managing the team of AP,AR and GL staff (7)
Maintain the accounting ledgers and produce monthly management accounting under IFRS
Production of statutory accounts under local GAAP and lead on management of internal and external auditors.
Cash flow and FX management, hedging of currency exposures and hedge accounting
Ensure compliance with local fiscal and tax requirements, tax computations;
Deliver Half and full year statutory accounts;

Profile

We are looking for :

Qualified Accountant

Demonstrable people management experience including Accounts Receivable and Payables;

Strong audit and statutory background;

Strong IT skills, including advanced level Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Vlookups, Sumifs) MS Office;

SAP would be ideal;

Strong analytical and problem - solving skills, with the desire and attitude to learn and develop
