Senior Finance Analyst

This role will be working within the online analysis team to ensure maximum profitability. It will require liaising with numerous departments and relay trends and patterns to external finance stakeholders.

Description

• Carry out month end duties, ensuring that the general ledger balances are accurate

• Calculating and posting relevant journals and accruals

• Forecast and budget for all cost areas relating to the creation costs

• Maintaining publication cost models

• Take ownership of cost areas and build business links with relevant business partners

• Producing timely MI to enable cost control and present to the cost centre managers

• Assist business partners to drive efficiency's, produce business cases and profitability models

Profile

• Qualified Accountant, ACCA, CIMA or ACA

• Previous experience within a similar role

• Data manipulation, logic, formatting and formula

• Present complex financial data in a meaningful way to a leadership population.

• Analytical skills and the ability to assimilate large volumes of data.

Job Offer

£40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
