I am currently working with a well known retail business based closed to Folkestone who are seeking a Financial Accountant.
Client Details
My client are a subsidiary business of a much larger group. They have a stellar reputation and they offer a unique market proposition.
Description
The role will include but not be limited to the following:
Management Reporting - provide accurate information in time to meet monthly deadlines.
Produce budget and forecasts re P&L and Balance Sheet (cash) in line with deadlines.
Cashflow control including maintaining weekly payment runs and Treasury forecast submission.
Oversee staff re account payables/receivables.
Prepares VAT in accurate and timely manner. Liaising with authorities and Group appointed consultant.
Maintain fixed asset register and ensuring accuracy of all ledgers together with producing monthly Balance Sheet.
Profile
Your profile will be similar to the following:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or qualified by experience.
- Strong Excel ability.
- Great communication skills - Ability to business partner.
- Management experience.
