Job Description
- Develop and implement key categories strategies and sourcing processes across all business units
- Build and maintain strong, functional relationships with vendors and key suppliers
- Negotiate pricing and control costs
- Participate on global teams to provide procedural consistency and exchange best practices
- Execute analyses and make suggestions for improvement of overall sourcing strategy
- Do deep research to understand company's operations needs and requirements
- Act as a reliable and well trusted interface between the organization and suppliers
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field
- +5 years experience as a Sourcing Manager, Procurement, Supply Chain, or similar role
- Outstanding ability in negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building
- Great communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
- Have wide industry knowledge and strategic supplier relationships to optimize procurement/purchasing business flow
- Excellent verbal and written communication in both Indonesian and English
- Proficiency in sourcing and vendor management
- Strategic and flexible mindset with analytical and result oriented thinking. Assertive and able to work in a team towards agreed objectives
