Investor Relation Manager

Company Description

Our client is a leading technology development company. To meet the upcoming expansion plan, they are looking for an experience Investor Relation Manager to join their management team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting in the development, implementation and management of a comprehensive and strategic IR program
• Serves as a spokesperson and primary contact with the investment community including sell side analysts, buy side analysts, portfolio managers, institutional and private investors
• Reviews drafts of research reports and provides appropriate input. Participates in all investor conferences
• Develops and implements a media relations program
• Coordinates all aspects of the Company's Annual Reports and Quarterly Earnings Releases
• Analyze street reaction to competitive developments and corporate actions
• Monitor legal obligations for shareholder communications and ensure fulfillment
• Manage investor events and emails, marketing materials, IR websits and vendor relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred
• Minimum 6 years Investor Relations experience
• Strong knowledge of finance / accounting
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent planning, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail yet possessing an understanding of the “big picture”
• Strong computer and analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel
