people2people are working closely with the NSW Government who are seeking a Finance Officer on an initial 4 month assignment located in Parramatta.

THE ROLE
In this position you will be assisting the team in a migration to SAP:
- Prepare and assist with accounting journals.
- Process invoices including accounts receivable.
- Liaise with customers, respond to enquiries and process customer receipts.
- Perform daily reconciliation of substantial amounts.
- Undertake accounts receivable related project activities and ad-hoc administrative duties.
ABOUT YOU
To be eligible for this role you must have:
- Strong experience in accounts receivable.
- Proficient using SAP and Excel (VLOOKUP's and Pivot Tables).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills when dealing with stakeholders.
- Must be available for immediate start.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
