Part time Receptionist/ Admin / Bookkeeping position available for a suitable, experienced candidate to start immediately in a busy, Blackrock based company - Model Works Ltd. Model Works Ltd. is a growing architectural presentation company that produces architectural models, CGIs, animations and interactive architectural communication displays. The position is a Full Time role with a large variety of tasks that will be ideal for someone who is enthusiastic and quick to learn. All applicants should please outline their specific bookkeeping and office management experience. Specific Job Information is as follows: General Bookkeeping: Creation and processing of Debtor invoices. Processing of Creditor invoices. Bank & credit card reconciliation. Support external accountants and MD in preparation of management accounts. General bookkeeping duties. Receptionist/ Administrator: Front of house duties including fielding incoming calls, greeting clients and visitors. To provide general administration support to the office, in particular Model Works Ltd. three Directors. Filing and management of all documents, and improving the system for such. Liaising with clients, consultants and suppliers. Candidate Requirements: Qualification of accounting technician at minimum. Applicants without this will not be considered. Previous experience in a similar role essential Excellent phone manner and time management. Drivers' Licence essential (occasional driving required as part of the role). This role is suited to an outgoing person with strong interpersonal skills, assertiveness and ability to work within a team.
