- The role is responsible for Client Profitability Analysis for the function, working closely with the business to drive growth in revenues and return. The function is launching a multi-year investment initiative to drive the next stage of client profitability analysis to support the group's return to growth strategy, to which the role holder will be a significant contributor.
- This role sits within Business Finance
- The role requires direct interaction with the business/finance management, relationship managers, product specialists, sales teams, broader finance function, risk and technology to deliver accurate and timely information required to make decisions, driving profitable growth.
Knowledge
- Strong analytical background; essential
- Advanced proficiency in MS-Excel, PowerPoint, Think-cell; essential
- Knowledge of programming languages such as SAS, Python, and R; advantageous, further training will be available for a successful candidate.
- Familiarity with visualisation software such as Qlik, Tableau etc; advantageous
- Qualified accountant (CA, ACA, CIMA) or MBA, CFA, ACT; desirable
