Finance Manager

Job Description:

1. Manage and maintain daily routine accounting documentation, accounting statements of the RMB PE fund.
2. Prepare all related reporting, conduct detailed taxation and auditing of the RMB fund management.
3. Cooperate with auditors for the annual accounting audit, budget and forecast.
4. Responsible for fund allocation, fund verification, as well as payment operations.
5. Participate in the post investment operations of the FOF investments.
6. Responsible for all other ad hoc assignments.

Position Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or above, accounting, financial management and other related majors;

2. More than 5 years of work experience in:

• Big 4 accounting firms within Fund auditing sector;
• Accounting and financial experiences within RMB PE VC funds

The above experience is preferred.

3. Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, strong learning ability;

4. Good at communication, positive and optimistic, able to work under pressure.
