Customer Service (Banking) | 6 Month Contract |Dublin 2 My client a leader in Banking & Financial Service is seeking a Customer Service Representative for their one of their busy customer focused teams based in Dublin 2. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who would like to kick-start their career within Banking. Main Duties of this Role: Conduct inbound and outbound telephone activity on customer arrears portfolios Gather information from customers to validate repayment offers Negotiate the required repayment plane to settle outstanding balance/arrears Meet individual performance targets and KPI's Review, maintain and update account records on the internal database Experience: Leaving certificate (equivalent qualification) minimum of 5 passes in 5 ordinary level ( Must include English & Maths ) Prior customer service experience Excellent numerical skills Fluent written and spoken English Strong PC Skills In Return: 11.98 per hour Career progression Excellent working environment
