Our client is looking for a temporary Credit Controller to support their retention and credit control team. You will assist with providing a professional and effective credit control and revenue collection service in line with customer expectations.
What you will do
- Engage customers late payments
- High volume calls
- Over a 1000 accounts
- Collect debt and agree payment plans on a case by case basis.
- Chase customers on payments that are overdue.
- Liaise closely with the wider finance team and customer experience department to resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
The successful candidate will need
- Previous experience working in a credit control position.
- Proven experience working towards and achieving targets
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent organisation skills
