Description

Joining as Business Services Assistant Manager you will take responsibility for the management and delivery of accounting and wider ranging tax and others services to a varied range of clients across differing industries and turnover ranges. As a general practice the firm focuses on family owned companies and owner managed businesses, limited companies, sole traders and partnerships. You will take responsibility for the delivery and preparation of statutory accounts, management accounts, corporation tax computations and other accounting services such as PAYE, VAT and income tax. You will manage juniors and trainees coming through the firm and you will also have opportunity to work with clients and partners on added value advisory work producing business plans as an example along with other ad-hoc project work. With growth and positive developments in the firm, there are excellent prospects for career progression.

Profile

ACA or ACCA qualified, recently qualified or with post qualified experience, you will have a background within the accountancy practice sector as a Business Services Assistant Manager, experienced Senior Accountant, with demonstrable supervisory experience, or equivalent levels, having developed strong experience across accounts, management accounts, tax and other accounting skills, providing services to varied limited company, sole trade and partnership clients and be looking to further your career in the profession in a firm and role offering excellent development and progression potential.

Job Offer

£30,000 - circa £36,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable.
