Accountant - Finance Business Partner

I'm currently working with a rapidly growing business based near Abergavenny looking for a Part Qualified Accountant to grow and develop with the business.

You will eventually become a key member of the Finance team and be second in command assisting with the business partnering, strategic and operational side of the business.

Client Details

The client is a multi million turnover business that has gone through 50% year on year growth for 4 years.

You will be reporting into the Finance Director with a trainee underneath you.

This role is ideal for up and coming accountants in the South Wales area looking to get as much exposure as they can.

Description

Key duties:

- Assist in the preparation of annual accounts

- Assist with budget preparation and analysis

- Business partnering with key stakeholders

- Assist with statutory reporting, such as VAT returns, Options scheme and Companies House filings

- Assist with year end audit

- Analysing profitability

Profile

The candidate:

You MUST be part qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA to be considered for this role.

Ideally you will educated to degree level (2:1)

You MUST have experience in management accounts

You MUST have a commercially aware and have a business mind
