Management Accountant

I'm looking for a part qualified management accountant to join an accounts department based in Tameside. The role will involve providing accurate and timely management accounts to a multi-site operation.

Description

• Assisting with cash flow forecasting
• Period end routines in line with business expectations
• Producing site P&L line analysis on a period basis
• Balance sheet reconciliation for all account cost lines on a monthly basis
• Ensuring the completion of and publication or weekly revenue reports
• Managing and responding to site queries on a daily and monthly basis
• Management of key cost lines, including but not limited to accruals and prepayments
• Input to forecasting and management of the budget process
• Business partnering across the operating divisions and wider business to ensure sound financial understanding through the production of accurate accounts.

Profile

• Sage 200 experience desirable
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills required
• IT and Excel skills required
• Ambitious, driven with a 'can do' attitude

Job Offer

The successful candidate will receive a salary paying up to £26,000 with excellent company benefits including study support.
