The role:
This role will involve overseeing the efficient day to day functionality of an experienced Finance team, together with supporting the CEO and the Board in strategy, business improvement and M&A activity.
Together with the CEO, you will define and execute business planning, forecasting and budgeting; whilst continuing to advance strategic objectives.
You will be responsible for the accuracy of Financial Reporting delivered by the Finance team, and ensure robust controls are in place for compliance to company guidelines and legislation.
Who you are:
We are looking for a tertiary qualified, suitably experienced senior finance executive with experience within a large global business.
You will have a proven background of experience in overall finance & business management including business planning and strategy, managing profitability, and formulating & monitoring budgets. A strong background in mergers & acquisitions would be a distinct advantage.
