This role is working in Holborn, Central London within our Page Personnel Finance division.
Description
The key responsibilities for the recruitment consultant (dual desk) role are:
Acting as a consultant on a 360 degree recruitment cycle.
- Writing adverts to advertise for roles
- Calling candidates and interviewing them over the phone
- Interviewing candidates face-to-face prior to putting them forward to clients
- Making business development calls to generate new business (sales)
- Meeting with clients to discuss role requirements and provide a review of current candidates on the market
- Meeting clients to build to explain how we can work with them as an agency
- Compiling shortlists
- Arranging interviews
- Managing the offer process
- Providing an ongoing service to our clients whilst candidates are temping for us
- Working specifically on clients within the travel, hospitality, medical and technology industry (sales)
Profile
The successful recruitment consultant (dual desk) will be someone:
- Who enjoys dealing with people both face to face and on the phone
- Who is hard-working and can be resilient when things don't work out
- Has the ability to sell and influence clients
- Motivated by results, career, commission and bonus'
- Sociable and outgoing to work in a supportive team
The team have both started with prior sales experience who have developed their industry based patches. They are specialists in both temporary and permanent recruitment which gives them full control of the recruitment process.
For our last quarterly target that we exceeded we went to Michael McIntyre in Wembley. We are currently working towards our next high flyers 3 day event in Budapest.
Job Offer
This is a permanent recruitment consultant (dual desk) position based in Holborn, Central London. Paying between £21,000 - £25,000 depending on experience with a clear commission and bonus structure.
